To my friends and colleagues,

I have taken a  difficult stance for my business.  I will not be conducting face to face meetings, showings or interactions at this time with my clients and colleagues.  However, I am always available for Real Estate Emergencies and to facilitate transactions slated to close.  Please let me direct you to lawyers, home inspectors and movers who I have spoken to and have provided their direction.  As always, I am here to help and to protect you and your largest investments.

Interest rates remain low and the housing market is strong and solid.  However, our Spring market will be 'late out of the gate' this year due to our collective efforts faced with our current circumstances.  Investing in our Real Estate Market is always a savvy investment.

I have already reached out to some of my clients who are back from March Break and in quarantine and my vulnerable senior clients (who all really want wine).  But for now, it looks like we will all be social distancing for a while, so I want to extend this to all of you.  I am available to assit with groceries, pharmacy deliveries, retrieving your mail, whatever I can do.  I will take all necessary precautions for everyones safety and well being.  

Please call me if you need any help or know someone who is in need.  If we all work together, the quicker we can get back to seeing our families and friends and getting back to business.

It is important to remember we are all in this together and this too shall pass.
